6 Pillars of Vibrant Health
The 6 Pillars of Vibrant Health consist of a series of phases that focus on improving overall health and well-being. In Phase 1, the focus is on inflammation and immune system support through specific protocols designed to address these issues. This includes following a "Nutrition Reset" food plan and completing Nutrition Reset Homework.
Phase 2 is centered around mindset and hormones. Specific protocols are put in place to support hormones and adrenal health, and updated nutrition plans are introduced. Mindset Reset Homework is also assigned to help individuals improve their mental health.
The third phase is the 30 Day Reset, which focuses on detox protocols, a 30-day nutrition plan, and Toxin Reset Homework. The goal of this phase is to reset the body and remove any harmful toxins that may be present.
In Phase 4, the focus is on motivation and momentum for lasting change. Post-detox protocols are introduced, and new meal plans and recipes are provided. Motivation and Momentum Homework is also assigned to help individuals stay on track and continue making progress.
Energy and healthy exercise are the focus of Phase 5. This phase includes specific protocols for energy and strength, as well as nutrition plans for weight loss (if needed). Exercise Reset Homework is also assigned to help individuals incorporate regular exercise into their routine.
Finally, Phase 6 is Achieving Vibrant Health. This phase includes wellness protocols, the reintroduction of certain foods, and Lifestyle Reset Homework. The goal of this phase is to provide individuals with the tools they need to maintain their newfound health and wellness for the long-term.
