A Plan to Look & Feel Your Best
It seems like not that long ago I was the exhausted mom, going through the motions just trying to “get through” the holidays. My weight could fluctuate 5-10lbs easily and it would take me months to get it off.
I would end the holiday season wiped out, tired, bloated, my clothes didn’t fit and my January resolution was always to “get back on track.”
Except January would come and I wouldn’t have a real plan in place. So, I tried to eat better and add in some more exercise but, honestly, I was aimless. I would constantly feel like I was putting in the work and not seeing any changes.
Well, here's a big part of my problem. I didn’t have a specific, laid-out plan and I didn’t have help OR accountability.
I've created the Radiant Reset to be the simple and effective plan that I would have signed up for myself so that I could get back on track to look and feel my best.

I know as both a doctor, as well as a woman who has been through her own health challenges, that when you're not feeling your best, it affects EVERY area of your life.
